We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations, manage channel partners, and drive business growth within the assigned region. - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor insights.
- Monitor sales performance using CRM tools and prepare regular reports for management.
- Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives in assigned areas.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, policies, and sales processes.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance skill levels and performance

Requirements
