We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to oversee sales operations, manage channel partners, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and understand customer needs.
- Ensure proper distribution, stock availability, and product placement.
- Provide training and support to retailers and channel partners.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail.
Proven track record of target achievement.
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good understanding of sales processes and channel management.
